Community Advisory Team
The Wright City R-II School District relies on input from parents and other residents to help us set goals and make continuous improvement in our schools. You can help by joining our Community Advisory Team (CAT). The CAT has been chartered by the Board of Education to facilitate communication, advise, and partner with the R-II Board of Education, Superintendent, and community to ensure a successful and innovative school system that maximizes each student’s potential.
It consists of a broad-based, diverse membership of community members including two persons nominated from each of the following groups: Neighborhood Churches Group, Economic Development, Scouts, Chamber of Commerce, Wright City NEA, Wright City MSTA, Innsbrook residents, Incline Village residents, Student Council, PTO, Band Boosters, Athletic Boosters, and Blue and Gold Scholarship Foundation. Additionally, fourteen parents will be selected through an application process. Wright City R-II staff members serving on the group include the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and two building/department level administrators.
On this page you will find a copy of the Charter approved by the board at the January 19 meeting and the CAT application. Print off the application and return it to the district by email at
communications@wrightcity.k12.mo.us, by fax to 636.745.3613, or you can leave the application at any school building in the district.
