1. Student Performance
Objective: The district will annually meet all indicators on the Annual Performance Report.
2. Highly Qualified Staff
Objective: The district will maintain a climate conducive to attracting and retaining highly qualified teachers and support personnel.
Strategy: The district will provide competitive salaries and benefits.
Strategy: The district will engage personnel in decision making processes.
Strategy: The district will utilize and refine its personnel recognition program.
Strategy: The district will provide personnel with opportunities to develop their skills.
3. Facilities, Support, and Instructional Resources
Objective: The district will monitor student population and implement long-range plan as needed.
Objective: The district will implement written plans relating to facility maintenance, technology, curriculum and assessment.
4. Parent and Community Involvement
Objective: The district will engage the community through the CAT, study groups and town hall meetings.
5. Governance
Objective: The district will maintain operating fund balances between 18% and 22%
Objective: The district will engage in board self-evaluation
Objective: The district will maintain district financial solvency.
Strategy: The district will be fiscally responsible with district funds.
Strategy: The district will maintain proper financial controls and procedures.
